England's Canal & River Trust have painted temporary duck lanes on bustling towpaths in London, Birmingham, and Manchester.

Some ducks have already taken to the lane, so things appear to be going swimmingly.

The lanes are part of a new campaign called "Share the Space, Drop Your Pace" meant to encourage path users to be considerate to one another.
