Love berry cheesecake but don't have the time or patience to make one by hand? Fortunately, it's super easy to make one by yourself!
Ingredients
- Ready-made cheesecake crust
- Ready-made cheesecake filling (found with cream cheese)
- 3 cups of fresh berries
- 1 cup of the same type of jam as your berries (you can use jam of the same color if you can't find the same type)
Steps
- Get your ingredients.
- Melt your jam in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Dump the filling into the crust while you wait.
- Use a rubber spatula to smooth the filling.
- Pour the melted jam into a medium bowl.
- Add the berries and mix until all the berries are covered with jam.
- Dump the topping over the cheesecake, smoothing it out over the cheesecake with a rubber spatula.
- Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Finished.
Tips
- If you want to add berries into the cheesecake filling, mix it in while the filling is still in the container, then pour and smooth.
- You can add other types of syrup to the cheesecake after it's done chilling.
