The tenant who found the raccoon hanging out on the balcony assumed he was stuck and unable to get back down. But that wasn't quite the case.

But as soon as they approached, the raccoon went to the corner of the balcony and started climbing down the brick wall.

The raccoon climbed about five storeys down and stopped at another balcony, where Dowd says he had built himself another little home.
