Driving around Melbourne, Australia, little Honda travelled almost 30 kilometres inside the car's engine bay.
"Little 'Honda' travelled from Deer Park to Parkville trapped in the engine of the car and remained there while the unaware car owner was at work," wrote non-profit animal welfare organisation Lort Smith on its Facebook page.
"As she began driving home she heard meowing coming from the engine and came straight to us! After more than an hour, he was released from behind the grille of the car."
Firefighters from the Melbourne Metropolitan Fire Brigade took more than an hour to free the little kitten.

Honda had minor burns but was otherwise in a healthy condition. After his rescue, the folks at Lort Smith gave him some food before reuniting him with his mother.
