How to Get Emoji on the iPad

Getting Emoji for your iPad is really simple! Just follow these steps and you can use all of your faces. Note that this method is for iOS 7.1.2 and higher. This will also work on iPhones and iTouches (iPod Touches).

Steps

1. Go to settings.


2. Under settings, find "General".


3. Once on "General", scroll down until you find "Keyboard". Click on "Keyboard".
   
   
   
   
   
   
   


4. In "Keyboard", find where it says "Keyboards. Click on "Keyboards".
   
   
   
   
   
   
   


5. Click "Add New Keyboard...".
   
   
   
   
   
   
   


6. Scroll down the list until you find "Emoji".
   
   
   
   
   
   
   


7. Click on "Emoji".
   
   
   
   
   
   
   


8. You have now added the keyboard. Now go to "Notes" to try it out.


9. On the keyboard, you will see an icon on the lower left that looks like a glob with lines. Click on that icon.
