Habanero Sauce
This sauce is not for the faint of heart. Habaneros have a bright flavor that'll burn your tongue in the very best way. This sauce is delicious on fish and chicken.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Place the pan over medium heat.
- Simmer the ingredients. Put the carrots, peppers, garlic, and vinegar in with the butter. Simmer them until the carrots have become softened, about 5 minutes.
- Cover the pan partially while you're cooking the sauce. The habaneros will produce extremely spicy fumes that could make your eyes water.
