Purchase Bitizenship. Bitizenship is BitLife's premium subscription. While BitLife is a free game, some features are locked behind purchasing Bitizenship—including becoming President. Bitizenship is a $4.99 one-time purchase.
Create a character. Make sure you start in the United States. Try to start with a character with high looks and smarts, as this will make the journey easier.
Play the game until your character enters university. Work on maintaining your looks and smarts during this time, and try to save money. You can ask for money from your parents or get a part-time job to start saving.
Enroll in Political Science at university. Continue to work and keep up your grades, and make sure not to get in trouble with the law. Any past mistakes may come up when your character is trying to run for President.
